PMA Children's Program is a national based program designed and implemented by the Young Olympians, sanctioned by the AAU and United States Karate Union Judges.

Karate Program: Pro-Martial Arts is an american system based on traditional Korean Tae Kwon Do and the Japanese Shodokan system, with an emphasis on using 50% feet and 50% hand technique. All students are worked with on an individual and group level in every class they attend. All testing requirements and certifications are internationally recognized. PMA is sanctioned by the AAU and the United States Karate Union Judges.

Warning Without Notice! ~ PMA Self Defense Program: This program will give you tips to create the safest environment possible by focusing on:

  • How to be aware of your surroundings at all times.
  • The importance of self-worth.
  • Why we need mental and physical aspects of self-defense.
  • Inroduce the motivations and behaviors of criminals and what they look for in their victims.
  • Learn how to fight an attacker's weaknesses, not his strengths.

American Kickboxing: Martial artist seem to appreciate this no-nonsense approach to kicking, punching, and moving because these skills can stand alone or be used to augment more traditional styles.

KickFit: A workout that ROCKS! Our kickboxing fitness program kicks aerobic butt and offers a number of advantages that a traditional exercise or aerobics program just can't touch.

Jiu-Jitsu: Jiu-Jitsu represents one of the most complete Martial Arts systems. It contains self-defense technique for all reach distances (kicking, boxing and trapping, throwing and groundwork) as well as defense against attacks by opponents using weapons.
